Razor Baby - Too Hot To Handle (1988)
This is a smoking little record that has a sleazy edge, reminding me, especially in the vocals, of Fastway. Overall imagine a lighter, more hair metal orientated Dio, 'Danger' probably being the albums highest point although there is some great melody throughout. I guess it's rather standard late '80s heavy rock/metal. The more wistful 'Long Distance Lover' once again nods toward a more tepid Dio. Nine tracks, not bad at all just not a lot of variation to make it stand out like the supergroup everybody thought it would be. Strange cover too!
