ADX - Visions (1990)
Old school 'frash from France of all places, and apparently the only album they did with English lyrics. Very Bay Area in its style, a frenetic mix of early Testament, Exodus and maybe even early Mordred, especially in the cover design, but at times it's let down by the vocal inadequacy which seem drowned amidst the cutting riffs. This isn't an album many would have bought at the time, not even sure if it got a release out of France, but there's a few decent moments of chug, particularly 'Sacrifice In The Ice' although the album could've done without a cover of Rainbow's 'Kill The King.'
5.5/10
